To all Valued Sofrana Customers â??

In 2002 Sofrana introduced a documentation fee in order to assist in covering the costs of issuing your shipping documentation, since this time we have seen an increase in the costs associated with this process, but have maintained our original charge.

Unfortunately, we can no longer continue to absorb the increases that we have faced over the past 6 years, and are therefore increasing our documentation fee on all export and import cargo from and to New Zealand.

The Documentation fee will increase to NZD $40 per waybill / Bill of Lading or Delivery Order as at 20 September 2008. All documents for vessels calling New Zealand ports after this date will be charged at the new rate.
