Fuel prices have continued to increase over the past quarter setting new record high levels.

Accordingly, we have now completed a review of our BAF over the past quarter from Australia to Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu and wish to advise that effective from mid May 2008, the BAF will be increasing to:

BAF:

AUD993.00 per 20’

AUD1986.00 per 40’

AUD46.50 per r/t for break bulk

The new baf will come into effect from the following vessel/voyage: -

Sofrana Magellan V120 loading Brisbane 24 May 2008
