Ex New Zealand to New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna

Over the past few weeks’ global fuel prices have reached new record high levels, with the most recent spike in prices having started its ascent during September 2007.

It has been 18 months since we last reviewed our BAF and over this period prices have increased in excess of 45%. With no sign on the horizon that prices will materially ease in the near future, we are left with little option but to adjust our BAF to reflect this significant cost change in operating our business.

We have now completed a review of our northbound BAF, from New Zealand to the various destinations we service and accordingly wish to advise that effective from 01 January 2008, the BAF will be increasing by +7%, from +35.5% to:

BAF +42.5%

The new BAF will come into affect from the following vessel/voyages: - To: New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands & Vanuatu

Sofrana Surville V138 loading NZL: 11 – 13 January 2008

To: Wallis & Futuna

Southern Pasifika V148 loading Akl: 12/01
