Global fuel prices have yet again reached new record levels. Accordingly, we are left with no viable option but to adjust our BAF to reflect this significant cost change in operating our business.

We have now completed a review of our BAF, from Australia to Tonga & the Samoaâ??s and we wish to advise that effective from early July 2008, loading Australia, the BAF will be increasing by AUD160 per teu, to:

BAF:

AUD 620 per 20â??

AUD1240 per 40â??

AUD33.50 per r/t for break bulk

The new baf will come into effect from the following vessel/voyages: -

Southern Lily V205 arriving Tonga 14/07, Samoa 15/07 & American Samoa 16/07/2008
