NORTHBOUND BAF & CAF REVIEW FROM AUSTRALIA TO PAPUA NEW GUINEA, SOLOMON ISLANDS & VANUATU

TO ALL VALUED SOFRANA CUSTOMERS:

Since our last review in November 2008, fuel prices have reduced and accordingly we are pleased to be able to announce a BAF reduction.

However concurrently over this period, the value of the AUD has dramatically decreased against the US$ (to around 0.65 today). Because of this, we will be announcing the introduction of a positive CAF later in the week. This will come into effect from early January 2009.

In the meantime our new BAF level will be:-

BAF: AUD770.00 per 20’ AUD1540.00 per 40’ AUD38.55 per r/t for break bulk

The new baf will come into effect from the following vessel/voyage: -

Sofrana Tourville V125 departing Brisbane 30 December 2008
