Australia to New Caledonia service
Dear valued clients,
During the 1st quarter of 2008 we have been moving our Australian export cargoes destined for New Caledonia via the Auspac Service (operating from Australia to Fiji, Tonga & Samoa’s). This has been under a three (3) month trial.
The rotation for this service has been Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne then direct to Noumea. Overall, we have been very pleased with the service arrangement and its performance. Accordingly, we have now mutually agreed to extend this into a long-term formal agreement with immediate effect.
The service will continue to operate with the Forum Samoa II and Capitaine Tasman providing a 15-day frequency with the service rotation unchanged. The two sister vessels employed are modern (2001 built), have a 16 knot service speed and are self sustaining with 2×60T cranes.
A copy of our forward schedule is available from our Website and/or from your nearest representative office
We look forward to your continued support on our Australia/Nouméa service.
Yours sincerely,
Sofrana Unilines
